The Noto family has been in the building industry for the past four generations. Their unrivaled reputation, knowledge, and expertise in the construction business are well known across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The founder, Ralph D. Noto, was joined by his son, Michael, in 1997 after having gained an extensive work experience in the New York metropolitan area. As a project manager, Michael gained invaluable experience on many high profile and unique projects.

Michael is a graduate of Penn State University. While working in the New York metropolitan area, he obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) and he also received an MBA in finance.

On site daily, Michael brings a “hands on” approach to his business. He and his team work tirelessly with each buyer from selecting the right location to expert guidance in selecting finishes for a townhome tailored uniquely to you the buyer.
