Commercial Land Development
Our company's commercial division
procures both raw land and existing properties and develops them into Class A office and retail space. We handle all aspects from engineering approvals to leasing and occupancy.
Single-Family Homesite Communities
Ridgewood, our latest homesite community, is now underway in the Abington Heights School District. These lots range from 0.5 to 1 acre each, with underground utilities and protective covenants.
